Vegetables are the nutrition equivalent of making consistent investments in your retirement account. Every financial expert (ya know, all those people who have spent their entire lives studying the subject) say that putting money toward retirement every month is one of the smartest things you can do. And even so, how do we normally respond?…

Sadly, it’s the exact same when it comes to consistent vegetable intake. All of the smartest nutrition folks (ya know, the ones who have studied it their whole lives, all of the MDs and PhDs and little ol’ me) know that eating vegetables multiple times day in and day out is one of the best things you can do for your health.
It aids in weight loss, reduces your chances for multiple diseases, improves your bathroom experience, helps regulate your appetite, the list goes on and on. So, are we all running out to buy veggies? How do most people typically respond?

Or, what about that awesome new “cleanse” I heard about?
Or, maybe that new weight loss pill, the super duper eastern African pinenut garlic mango extract?
